Frequently Asked Questions: 1. Where can I find your menu? Mais cher, we keep it fresh every day! The best place to check is our website, www.rollcajun.com—just click the “MENU” button on the homepage. We try to post daily updates on Facebook, Insta and TikToc as well but our menu is always changing with a little lagniappe thrown in. One thing’s for sure—we’ll always have boudin and at least two Cajun classics… until we sell out! 2. Where will y’all be cookin’? Every Sunday or Monday, we drop a two-week schedule on our socials and our website. If the event ain’t private, y’all are more than welcome to come find us and get your Cajun fix! 3. Can I buy grocery items from y’all? You bet! We sell majority of our items frozen in different sizes for your own fais do-do or backyard boil. Spring and summer get busy, so we sell out fast! To guarantee your order, email theboudinman@rollcajun.com about a week in advance, and we’ll set some aside for ya. Need a pickup on a day we ain’t open? No problem, we’ll work out a time and place that fits. 4. Do y’all sell boudin balls? Sha, not only do we sell ‘em, we got the best boudin balls around! • VooDoo Boudin Balls – Our classic, full of spice and soul. • Yard Bird Egg Rolls – A deep-fried bite of heaven, packed with chicken boudin. • Mud Bug Boudin Balls – Made with crawfish when time and supplies allow. Trust us, you don’t wanna miss these! 5. Do y’all cater? Absolutely! Our catering usually runs between $17 - $30 per person, depending on what y’all want. Seafood costs more than land critters, but we always work with your budget to serve up a meal that’s guaranteed to impress. The bigger the crowd, the better the price per person. Let’s talk and make it happen! 6. Where can I find y’all on social media? We’re active on Facebook, Instagram and TikToc but you can always just send us a message or email. 7. What’s up with the desserts? We make cheesecakes and King Cakes year-round! If you want more than a single serving, pre-order to make sure you get what you need. And if you wanna customize it?
